Day 1 = Hell!
Day 2 = More energy after!
So today we took major steps in getting ready. We bought our new shoes & gear! Speaking of shoes, they are very important for this training program. It's not one you can do without them. My feet feel so much better than they did yesterday.
We are going to make it! It's 12:30am and we just finished, that's commitment in my opinion!
So overall we both feel better, our bodies are tired, but not deathly so and mentally I think after completing it we are really ready to go.
We feel ready for Day 3, a new challenge and some more strength and change within ourselves!
TOUGH MUDDER 2012! HERE WE COME!!!
