Day 3.. Major Fail

Well we learned a valuable lesson tonight.. DO NOT EAT within an hour or so of this training. You will only make it half way through before suddenly feeling like throwing up everywhere. :(

So tomorrow's goal.. Power through the second half of Day 3 and Day 4. Now we take advantage of only doing half of the workout and get some much needed extra sleep and rest.

So we are sore but feel good. One benefit we are learning to this program, it's so different but the same everyday. So while you are working out similar areas, it's mostly different muscles helping with that sore feeling you get with repetition.
