Day 4. Cardio Recovery

Cardio Recovery, we aren't sure what that was supposed to mean but it's a lot like Pilates and Yoga all mixed into one. A leg workout mostly, so it's a day off of jumping around like crazy people.

It feels like it's going by a little faster, either we are getting stronger or the recovery drink is actually working. The recovery drink we started during yesterday's workout and felt great today, so hoping for a similar situation tomorrow.

Still going strong and working hard even at 11 at night. Determined to make it!
